✨ Rest, Relax, and Rejuvenate this July
July's number 7 invites us to let go and flow. Discover the energy of the month and recommended practices.
NUMEROLOGY FORECAST · JULY 2026
Rest, Relax,
Rejuvenate
July's energy brings a transition into a softer moment, allowing us to establish a renewed sense of balance through rest and rejuvenation. This month is ruled by the Water Element and the flow of number 7, inviting us under the keynote theme: "Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate".
It is a propitious time to deeply process the past six months, cleanse your physical body (especially the blood and the lymphatic system), and heal emotionally. This space of purification and calm is necessary to get your ducks in a row before the intense energy of August arrives.
RECOMMENDED PRACTICE
To help you navigate the energy of this month and avoid losing your life force to impulsive reactions, Nam Hari Kaur invites us to practice this meditation:
Meditation to Act,
Don't React
It will help you take ownership of your energy and respond with balance before an emotional avalanche takes control.
Check the meditation
"Turn the lamplight down low and allow yourself this oasis."
May the radiance of your Soul be enhanced by the soft whispers of encouragement in this moment.

Infinite Blessings 🙏
