The countdown for our great global gathering has begun, and we are immensely happy to share the official program with you.

THE JOURNEY BEGINS IN:

Count down to 2026-08-22T14:00:00.000Z

Healthy Happy Holy Day 2026 on August 22 will be a continuous journey of deep connection, designed to honor the legacy of Yogi Bhajan and elevate our international community.

Here are some of the highlights awaiting you inside this experience:

Practice & Meditation

We will open the space with the Guru Ram Das meditation and unite in a powerful Global Guided Meditation.

History & Teachings

We will dive deep into the legacy through presentations from SuperHealth, White Tantric Yoga®, KRI, Sikh Dharma, and IKYTA, sharing the living history of 3HO.

Celebration & Sangat

We will close our gathering vibrating in unity, with live music and an unmissable global celebration.

Your presence is the key piece for this collective frequency of healing and peace to expand across the world.

Blessings 🙏
