100+ Souls United in Morning Sadhana
The presence of more than 100 people has transformed our 40-Day Community Sadhana into something far beyond a challenge; it has become a living field of energy felt in every breath of this shared discipline.
Together, we are releasing layers of stress, anxiety, and emotional residue from the past.
This group is a living confirmation that collective discipline works: it generates a powerful momentum within the Sangat that transforms healing from a mere idea into something tangible we can all feel. |

Moving Forward with IKYTA Reactivation
IKYTA is the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. Founded in 1994, it's a part of 3HO International which supports KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teachers worldwide through community, connection, and professional development.
Currently intensive work is happening "behind the scenes" to rebuild a structure that provides real value and strengthens our global lineage.
Key milestones include:
- A Global Meeting Point: IKYTA is reaffirming itself as the home and point of connection for KRI-certified teachers.
- Real Groundwork: This reactivation is not merely symbolic; it involves ongoing meetings with multiple NKYTAs (National Associations) and Lead Trainers to restore trust and support.
- New Membership Program: We are developing a system designed to create concrete benefits and real value for teachers, moving far beyond a simple re-launch.

Vaisakhi: A Global and Vibrant Spirit
Many of our Sangats gathered this month in devotion and joy to celebrate one of the most significant occasions in our Sikh community.
1. Los Angeles, USA
This celebration is one of the most iconic traditions of the Sikh community in Southern California.
It commemorates the creation of the Khalsa in 1699, a defining moment in the identity and sovereignty of the Sikh faith.
The day is marked by a majestic parade (Nagar Kirtan), Kirtan (devotional music), Gatka (martial arts) demonstrations, and Langar (free community kitchen), projecting the strength and service of the Sangat into the public sphere.

The international spirit of the Sangat is beating strongly in South America with a five-day gathering dedicated to the Creation of the Khalsa.
This event serves as a pillar of connection for the Spanish-speaking community, focusing on the feeling of pilgrimage, spiritual identity, and collective unity through meditation and service. It is a reminder that our devotion knows no borders.
