Today, three moments align that invite us to reflect on who we are: as yogis, as teachers, and as fathers.

International Yoga Day

Kundalini Yoga is much more than a physical practice – it’s a bridge to our true essence and planting a seed for universal peace.

Alongside millions of practitioners worldwide, we honor the ancient yogic teachings that give us the tools to live with grace, strength, and awareness.

As Kundalini Yoga teachers and practitioners, our vibration is our greatest service to the Earth.

IKYTA Day — The Gathering of Teachers

After more than 2 years, we are happy to revive IKYTA Day at Summer Solstice - a gathering exclusively for Kundalini Yoga teachers.

This is not a workshop or a conference. It is a time to listen to one another, connect with our experiences as teachers, and simply be together.

How do we maintain our personal practice while guiding others? What challenges do we share today? What can we offer to each other?

Father's Day — Masculine Energy on the Path of Yoga

In Kundalini Yoga, we understand that masculine energy is not about brute force, but about protection, projection, and presence.

In our tradition, the father represents the pillar that sustains the family and community to thrive safely.

Today we honor fathers who raise children with awareness, teach by example, and maintain the family Sadhana with silent dedication. Sat Nam. Thank you for your infinite service.

May this triple celebration remind us that we are students, teachers, and guardians of truth and light.
