A 40-day Community Sadhana

Dedicated to uplifting your spirit, fostering emotional healing, and creating space for greater clarity and inner happiness.

Why 40 days?

In the technology of Kundalini Yoga, we know that the human system requires 40 days of consistent practice to transform a habit, an emotion, or a mental pattern.

In this experience, we will focus on:

  • Elevating your vital energy: through the Kriya for Elevation.
  • Deep healing: releasing stress, anxiety, and memories from the past.
  • Clarity and Happiness: strengthening the auric magnetic field that projects your true essence.

This journey will be held by the community at Cosmic Flow Yoga, a Kundalini Yoga center dedicated to sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga with openness, service (Seva), and a spirit of oneness.
