​Over many years, the Spiritual Names Office has flourished because of your dedication and service. As we continue evolving to meet the needs of our global teachers and communities, we wish to share an important change. Soon we will introduce a modest payment for spiritual names, except for individuals in countries that cannot send money to the US, who will be able to receive their spiritual names free of charge.

Why do Kundalini Yogis bless their food by chanting three long Sat Nams before eating?

During Master’s Touch Teacher Training one summer, Yogi Bhajan spoke about consciously eating yogic style. He explained that having an attitude of gratitude transforms food into energy while it’s still in your mouth! Blessing your food and chewing it well extends your aura, gives you energy to match any situation, combats fatigue, and slows down aging.

Gurudakshina is a way to prosperity, power of self-reliance, and confidence of every molecule of your being. It is not only very, very spiritual; it is God-like in giving.
