1. IKYTA Member Benefit Access Is Now Easier

We know your time is sacred. If you are an IKYTA member with an active account, you can activate your 3HO Premium Membership with just one click directly on the IKYTA website.

2. New Music Integration With SikhNet

The Naad is the heartbeat of our practice. Thanks to a generous collaboration with SikhNet, we are integrating their music into selected practices, progressively replacing YouTube content with Sikhnet music.

3. Our Recipe Library Has Been Upgraded

We’ve redesigned our recipe library to make conscious cooking a simple pleasure. You’ll now find clearer ingredient lists and step-by-step instructions optimized for clarity to use with any device in your kitchen.

4. The Evolution Roadmap is Live

3HO is a living, growing community. We’ve launched the Evolution Roadmap, an interactive space where you can:

  • Share your ideas to help our community expand
  • Visualize the projects we are currently developing
  • Become an active part of our global growth
